Commercial property: Lincoln’s Bakery opens for business

The bakery is also the new home of Pudding by Post – an online delivery service of homemade puddings and tray bakes dropped straight to customers and stocked at stores across Sussex.

The 1,508 sq. ft premises comprise a ground floor retail area, with a large kitchen and preparation and storage area at the first-floor level.

The name Lincoln’s has been well known in the town for many years and has been kept by the new owners following the closure of the old business last year.

Mark Lane benefits from its proximity to Eastbourne’s railway station and the town centre – with high-street names including Next, H&M, and Boots, as well as various restaurants and a multiplex cinema.
