Commercial property: SO Legal helps Purezza expand its operations

The award-winning vegan pizza brand was founded in 2015 with its first restaurant in Brighton & Hove, followed by a Camden location which opened its doors in 2018.

With demand for meat-free pizzas growing, Purezza has stepped up its nationwide expansion this year – tripling the size of its London site and launching in two new locations.

• Camden – Earlier this year, Purezza relaunched its London flagship restaurant – tripling the size of the dining area. The new site at 45-47 Parkway is built with recycled and eco-friendly materials and has an extended bar and sheltered garden. It is the largest vegan restaurant in the country.

• Hove – On August 24, the company opened a beautiful new two-floor restaurant at 86-87 Western Road in Hove, to ease the pressure on the company’s first location on St James’s Street, Brighton. The restaurant is kitted out with eco-friendly, sustainable and refurbished furniture and materials.

• Bristol – On September 21, Purezza launched its fourth restaurant on Gloucester Road in Bristol. The vegan chain’s newest location took over the site of a former butcher shop most recently occupied by a meat-centric barbecue restaurant. The restaurant is kitted out with eco-friendly, sustainable and refurbished furniture and materials.
