Humble Chicken awarded two Michelin stars just one year after its first

This remarkable achievement comes just a year after the restaurant earned its first star—a testament to its bold culinary vision and the dedication of owner and chef patron Angelo Sato.

The Michelin Guide’s 125th-anniversary event, held at Glasgow’s Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum, saw Humble Chicken’s impressive rise recognised again, cementing its status among the finest restaurants in the UK.
