SO Legal recognised for real estate expertise in Chambers UK Guide 2027

Our first Chambers ranking recognises the strength of our real estate work in the south of England and reflects our team’s expertise, commitment and client service.

Chambers identifies leading law firms and lawyers through independent research, including feedback from clients and other legal professionals. Its Real Estate category covers non-contentious commercial property and residential property work, including transactions, investment, development, portfolio management, and landlord and tenant matters.

A milestone in our growth

The ranking recognises our real estate work in the South, where we have offices in Eastbourne, Brighton and Hastings. Founded in 2016, SO Legal has grown into a multi-office law firm, expanding beyond Sussex into London, Bath and the Lake District.

Our services span commercial property, real estate finance, residential conveyancing, corporate and commercial law, litigation and dispute resolution, employment law, business immigration, and leasehold advisory and enfranchisement.
