SO Legal welcomes property lawyer Caron Austin to Bath team

Caron joins us as an Associate Chartered Legal Executive with more than 10 years’ post-qualification experience, and over 25 years’ experience working within the legal profession, advising on a broad range of property matters.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX) and a CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner, Caron is known across Bath, Bristol and the wider South West property market. Her experience spans both commercial and residential property, including the sale and purchase of residential properties, commercial acquisitions and disposals, new leases and lease renewals. Caron has acted on transactions involving a wide range of commercial properties including industrial units, retail premises, restaurants and pubs.
