Expert will services in exchange for a charitable gift

Our Eastbourne solicitors will provide their expertise free of charge in exchange for you leaving a gift in your will or a suggested minimum donation to St Wilfrid's Hospice of £150 for a single will or £200 for a mirror will.

Terms and conditions

• You must be over 18 to qualify for the scheme.
• This initiative is valid only until the end of September 2024 and is available to those who wish to make a standard single or mirror will for couples.
• Participants in the scheme will be expected to leave a gift in their will or donate to St Wilfrid's Hospice instead of the services provided by the solicitor.
• The suggested minimum donation would be £150 for a single will and £200 for a mirror will.
• Our solicitors will inform you of the tax advantages of leaving a gift in your will to the hospice.
• No time limit is given for the work to be completed. The definition of a standard single will and mirror will is at SO Legal's sole discretion. Any additional work at SO Legal's discretion to charge.
