As head of our corporate and litigation team, Hamed acts for entrepreneurs, investors, startups, and established SMEs. He specialises in business acquisitions and sales, company advice, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and governance, and commercial litigation.
Hamed also has a strong background in commercial property, acting for local and national clients buying and selling all commercial property types, including office and retail premises, and advising on complex leases and landlord and tenant matters.
