SO Legal advises Charles Cox Group on the acquisition of Cable Rock

It has been our pleasure to assist Charles Cox Group in expanding its block management business by acquiring Eastbourne-based property management firm Cable Rock Limited.  

Newhaven-headquartered Charles Cox is a specialist in all aspects of leasehold and general property management and surveying services - serving clients on the south coast for over 10 years.

The growth of the Charles Cox Group involved taking on the blocks managed by Cable Rock, and what began as an asset purchase evolved into a share purchase halfway through the legal process.
